Most new, unopened merchandise sold by Poolwerx can be returned within 30 days of purchase, unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions
Returns for purchases with valid proof of purchase (receipt) will be exchanged, refunded in cash, credited to your account or refunded via Poolwerx store credit (“Store Credit”) as determined by Poolwerx. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (credit card, cash, etc.), unless in excess of $250 in which case a check will be mailed to purchasers address on file within 10 business days of the return (This includes personal checks within 7 business days of purchase). For purchases made with a gift card or using Store Credit will be refunded as a Store Credit.
Items must be returned with all components for a full refund.
Written copies of Poolwerx Return Policy will be provided upon request.

Spas, Hot Tubs, and Swim Spas may be returned or canceled before delivery, however a 20% restocking fee will be accessed on the return order.
Pool/Spa Chemical Purchases are not returnable without Management Approval.
Pool/Spa Equipment Purchases are not returnable without Management Approval
Hot Tub Covers are not returnable without Management Approval.
Whole goods still in Manufacturer warranty period will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of manufacturer(s) warranty process with manufacturer(s) approval.
Defective merchandise will be exchanged within 30 days or refunded to original form of purchase payment with valid receipt unless in excess of $250 in which case see return policy above.
